We’re Em & Dan.
Em is a career recruiter who’s had the privilege of representing some of Australia’s best loved ecommerce brands as their external recruitment partner for almost 20 years now.
Part art, part science, it’s been an absolute pleasure to work on headhunting & targeted search for brands such as ZeroCo, BlackMilk Clothing, Miss Amara, Incu, TradeMutt, Dominos and so many other incredible D2C brands. She’s also worked on B2B recruitment for brands like Sea to Summit, Astir & Signet.
Dan made the switch to recruitment after 7 years in marketing for omni channel retail. Dan ran paid media for Supercheap Auto; Customer Loyalty & CRM for PillowTalk and landed a place as finalist in B&T's 30 under 30.
Having been on both sides—hiring and being hired—he know's what makes a great marketer, what it takes to drive eCommerce success, and what businesses need to grow. More importantly, he’s seen how the right hire can transform a career and a business.
